It's a reoccurring issue at this restaurant and the fact that management doesn't care leads me to believe they don't care about much of anything. Not for one moment did she take in the feedback that if they actually did their jobs people wouldn't be upset. All she did was talk about how the delivery drivers are rude and treat her staff bad. Staff will lie and say they just got the order even though it doesn't work that way (not taking ownership for checking their delivery orders) tried to talk to the manager over the phone who could care less about the service her. I have been to this terrible establishment over 30 times to pick up orders and only left with food twice. I would give this place zero stars if allowed. I see where the problem is, the woman at the register claiming to be manager and that scared general manager. I even there before and was not treated like this by past employees. I care about my customers through door dash which is their customers too. Door dash even said first come first serve, mobile orders are first served ordered ahead. No so called general manager or manager should handle a situation like that, cause you can tell he was scared and didn't want to get involved for what was right. No customers should be treated like this as far as mobile order and/or door dasher. I was in utter shock by that point! I record the cooperate number and contact door dash too. He is scared of any confrontation and says, I wasn't up here so I don't know what was said. I asked for the general manager and told him I was being treated. I can't believe how rude and I explain to all of them that is not how it works, mobile orders are pick up, they don't come last they ordered ahead and paid ahead. She is rude and gets the customers involved cause they don't want to wait of course, so they side with her. They proceeded to ignore me, although I was nice and just wanted to be acknowledged that I am there to check in and wait if need. I am not ordering so I do not wait behind 4 or 5 others to "order". I go to the register to check in and pick up. I door dash deliver and I had to pick up a ice coffee for a customer that ordered 30 to 45 min ahead online, prepaid. The best part was the service I got in the dining area I’m so sorry that I did not get her name she was a tall African-American lady long braids very sweet and on top of that she had many customers and she was very fast and sweet. The management really needs to give it some attention. The bathrooms are dirty and it kind of makes you think the rest the restaurant is dirty and while I was sitting in the dining room it look like people had been you know dropping things on the floor the floor hasn’t been swept. However the dinner was very good I must say it was better than some other Cracker Barrel‘s I’ve been to they’re also serving alcoholic beverages now but as I was saying this Cracker Barrel is kind of miss manage because it hasn’t been taken care of very well. And between a 15.95 and at 12.98 they had to get on the calculator to figure out my change. Then the manager and the cashier tried seven times to figure out with the Pin number was and I finally said look I have to get out on the road I’ll just pay the difference. I went into eat dinner they given me a gift certificate and when I went to pay the day care certificate didn’t work the cashier said I scratched it too hard to get the pin number. I was denied the full price end of 2798 I got $12. It started with a return of an item that was two days over the allotted time and all I wanted was a store credit. On Wednesday, a Myrtle Beach location had shut down until Hurricane Florence has passed, as reported by local NBC affiliate WMBF.I hate to say it but this is the worst run Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to.
